I grew up inside a skincare clinic, surrounded by products and treatments long
before I understood what my skin truly needed.
Because of that, I started using anti-aging products far too early,
believing that “the more expensive it is, the better it must be.”
But the opposite happened.
My skin became overloaded, sensitive, and easily inflamed.
Adult acne appeared, and even my mother —
who has been running a skincare clinic for over 30 years — admitted,
“Your skin is one of the hardest to manage.”
Dermatology treatments didn’t help.
Every extraction brought another breakout by evening.
That’s when I realized something simple yet fundamental:
Skin doesn’t need more products —
it needs the ability to heal itself.
So I started paying attention to the basics:

As a spa therapist for over a decade,
